Classic Sports Catering was founded by Marc D’Ambrosio 25 years ago with a company vision to deliver top notch customer service in many different scenarios. The events we have serviced range from hundreds of PGA/LPGA Hospitality and Concessions experiences, to concerts, corporate events and parties with Celebrity Chef demonstrations for 1200 + at seated dinners.

 

Buck Maddin has worked with Classic Sports Catering for 15 years as Operations Director overseeing concerts and events in catering for up to 200,000 people in a week.  Many events are adding multi day Food Festivals (Bite NWA, Crave RI, Thrive Raleigh, NC and the Eat Great Food Festival, MI) with sponsors and attendees into the thousands.

Our years of event experience include sponsorship enhancement, cost analysis for labor and products, event management and point of sales deployment (cash and cashless).

2019 was yet another great year for CSC. Our 11th year at Koka Booth Amphitheatre was a huge success with acts like Kasey Musgraves, Jason Isbell, Little Big Town and Greensky Bluegrass.

 

Koka Booth Amphitheatre at Regency Park is unlike any other venue in the area. Located among 14 acres of stately hardwoods and pines and beautifully situated next to Symphony Lake, the park has been described as truly magnificent! The Amphitheatre's performance season runs April through October and features an eclectic mix of entertainers, which includes live music concerts and festivals, the North Carolina Symphony Summerfest Series and Movies by Moonlight movie nights.

 

Classic Sports Catering Service specializes in offering your Corporate Sponsors, Media, Volunteers and any other clients with personalized catering service during your event. A wide array of menus are available from those that are basic to more complex, offering breakfast, lunch, cocktail hors d'oeuvres, and dinner entrees. At Classic, customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. Therefore, we will change or combine menus upon request. A very professional presentation customized to meet the needs of our client is always a priority.

 

Classic Sports Catering recognizes its responsibilities, not only to the event, but also to the community where the event is held. Local civic organizations are invited to staff our locations and are paid a commission on sales. Classic will work close with event sponsors to promote and sell their products in all of our locations.
